By downloading or using the Count It Up app ("the app") you agree to these Terms.
Count It Up helps you track inventory and, with a subscription, provides AI-assisted item identification and recipe suggestions. AI features send images or item names to our server and to Google's Gemini API for processing.
AI results are estimates and may be incomplete or incorrect. Do not rely on them as the sole basis for important decisions; verify counts and ingredients yourself. The app is provided "as is" without warranties of accuracy.
Don't misuse the service, attempt to bypass usage limits, reverse-engineer the app, or use it for unlawful purposes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app or reliance on AI results.
We may update these Terms; continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
